Since 2007, Priscilla Luong, MD, has been practicing both internal and pediatric medicine at our Family Practice Clinic in Sarasota, Florida. She completed her residency at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, where the focus is on the holistic point of view of mental, bio, social, and economic status.

Dr. Luong, one of our experienced family care specialists and doctors in Sarasota, aims to improve those struggling with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and coronary arterial disease. Her background uniquely qualifies her to help teenagers transition into adulthood with physical and mental health.
She enjoys spending time with her family of six. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, and outdoor activities.

Lisa Black, MD
Family Medicine
Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Lisa discovered her love for medicine at an early age. Drawn to the idea of helping others and making a positive impact on their lives, she pursued her dreams by attending LSU medical school in New Orleans, followed by a three-year family medicine residency program back in her hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana. After completing her studies, Lisa joined a four physician medical practice in a rural community in South Louisiana, where she served the community and raised four beautiful children for the past 25 years. During the pandemic, amidst a few major life changes, she has relocated to beautiful Central Florida where she joined Volusia Medical Center. Her approach to medicine is one that encompasses wellness first, with every attempt made to address every issue as holistically and naturally as possible.

A dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner based in Lafayette, Louisiana, she has been caring for patients since beginning her healthcare career in 2009. She earned her Family Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from Nicholls State University in 2016 and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Deeply rooted in the Lafayette community, she is passionate about helping people live healthier, fuller lives. Outside of the clinic, she is a proud mom of three girls and stays busy cheering from soccer sidelines or watching competitive cheerleading. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with family and friends and being actively involved in the community she calls home.
