John Yee, MD

With over 18 years of experience as a board-certified family physician, Dr. John Yee is a specialist in chronic disease management and clinical innovation. As a founder of Center One Medical, he oversees the medical protocols for our Lafayette location, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive, data-driven care for complex conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular health. Lisa Black, MD
Family Medicine
Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Dr. Lisa Black is a deeply rooted member of the local medical community. She earned her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, followed by a three-year family medicine residency in Lafayette.
With over 25 years of experience serving patients in South Louisiana, Dr. Black’s approach focuses on wellness and evidence-based clinical intervention. She is committed to addressing patient health holistically and naturally whenever possible, providing the high-standard medical oversight that the Center One Medical network is known for.
Alexi Plaisance, FNP-C
Family Medicine
A dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner based in Lafayette, Alexi Plaisance, has been providing clinical care since 2009. She earned her Family Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from Nicholls State University and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
